When I found out that I had the opportunity to do a Clarity Call with Michael, I thought it would be similar to a typical informational interview... I would ask questions and he would answer them and that would be the end of the conversation. However, this call was so much more in depth and helped me to dig deeper into my fears and goals to come up with actionable steps. As a new coach, I was nervous about being inadequate and going forward in the process of gaining new clients. This time with Michael gave me clarity about my perfectionistic tendencies getting in the way of going for my goals. Additionally, we discussed the concept of "failing forward" and how vital that is in pushing your boundaries.
