Alex Zeto

There are so many things we don’t have control over in life.

Our voice doesn’t have to be one of them. :)

What people are saying…

Alex is not only an incredible instructor with mastery of the craft, but a gem of a human. I took so much away from our lessons: vocal technique explained tangibly and consistently through One Voice terminology, skills in a wide variety of vocal styles, knowledge of the musical theatre industry, audition advice, and, most importantly, a healthy relationship with my voice facilitated by Alex’s passion, empathy, and support. Any singer would be lucky to have Alex on their team.
— Taylor Aronson
I came to [Alex] for help with college auditions and I am now attending my dream school, Carnegie Mellon University. But more than that, she is a teacher and friend I am forever in debt to and will be forever grateful for.
— JP Berry
Alex Zeto not only trains the voice, but trains the mind. Her enthusiastic attitude mixed with her vast knowledge of the voice makes her a delightful teacher. She has technically trained me to be able to achieve vocal consistency, while also being able to combat any problems that arise day of.
— Jordan Rice
I was anxious to start with a new coach, but from our inaugural zoom session Alex’s kindness and old-friend-feeling approach to vocal instruction blew me away. She teaches directly from her own experiences as well as from a palatable technical standpoint so her students can understand the mechanics. Alex has given me the unmatched gift of confidence in my voice, and is an absolute inspiration both in song and life. Highly recommend!
— Greer Gisy
Working with Alex has been a game changer for me. Not only does she make me feel like I can achieve literally any of my goals when it comes to singing, but she has encouraged me to grow as an artist in all aspects, as well as strengthened my confidence and belief in myself. I’ve reached new heights I hadn’t even pictured because of her support. I’m consistently inspired and motivated in our sessions. Thank you, Alex!
— Jillian Sainz
Alex is genuinely the best vocal coach I have ever had. Her lessons are so wonderful not only because of her vast knowledge and understanding of vocal technique, or because of her incredible ability to communicate and “play” until the concepts click, but because she creates a space where her students feel limitless. Alex makes her students comfortable challenging themselves, which allows for infinite growth.
— Lilah Peck
Alex is an absolute joy to work with! She has a laser sharp ability to pinpoint my issues as a singer, and guide me to my vocal goals. But more importantly, she really cares about the process. She has an authentic, vested interest in the growth of her students, and it’s literally glowing from her the minute she opens the Zoom meeting. Can’t recommend her enough.

My Story

There were many parts of singing that made sense to me immediately.

Singing in choir during my high school years really strengthened my legit style and ability. HOWEVER…when it came to belting,

I was so confused and frustrated.

Some days singing was easy and impressive. I quickly built a reputation among my peers and teachers as a great singer. But what they didn’t know was the very next day I couldn’t recreate the result they were so impressed by.

Night.Mare.

This followed me from high school into college, and the fear of my inconsistency gave me so much anxiety around performing. I didn’t understand what I was doing wrong! Why could I nail a song one day and that exact same song would feel impossible the next?

Enter One Voice.

The One Voice theories gave me the perspective I needed to understand why my voice wasn’t consistently working the way I wanted it to. Through this lens, I could now train and build my voice to not only do what I wanted, but reliably so. I can’t think of anything more important for someone who wants to sing professionally.

Now I get to share with others what I’m SO passionate about: reaching your full potential as an artist through skill and consistency. I do this by demystifying singing and helping you create a practice specifically designed for you to build the voice of your dreams. There are so many things we don’t have control over in life. Our voice doesn’t have to be one of them. :)
